Yvonne Quigtar is a financial and accounting consultant with direct responsibility in financial reporting and analysis. She loves to learn new information which keeps her up to date on what is happening in time. Prior to being a consultant, she was the former Controller for the San Mateo County Bar Association.
Having graduated in Vocal Performance from Trinity College, London, Elizabeth traveled to St. Louis to pursue a career in music. Eventually, she found her way with her family to California, drawn by the lovely weather and magnificent Pacific Ocean. When not doing yoga, gardening, or walking her black Labrador, she can be found at Davies Symphony Hall singing with the San Francisco Symphony Chorus. She is excited to be part of the Carnegie Institution for Science, department of global ecology, supporting Ken Caldeira and his awesome group of postdocs.
Clare has over 15 years of solid work experience in both Human Resources and Finance. She graduated in History & Government from Cornell University, has an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU, and has her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certificates. Though she began her career in the field of Finance, she had the opportunity to explore the area of Human Resources about 15 years ago while working at the startup, There.com. She started as Director of Finance, but she quickly took over all the HR responsibilities as well.
Maria started working at Carnegie Institution in April of 2014 . Maria is an account payable specialist and part of the supporting Staff team & Business Office for Department of Global Ecology & Plant Biology.
